When you look back at the 80s and you think about hair metal bands, who comes to mind? Motley Crue for sure, maybe Poison? Ratt? Twisted Sister? So, who are the best frontmen of hair metal? UltimateClassicRock.com has their Top 15, but some are pretty questionable.
